GENERAL INFORMATION

Wilderness Streams Access

All Ohio Meadows HOA homeowners receive the benefit of access to Wilderness Streams’ National Forest parking and trail access, as well as fishing rights for the WS pond and streams. This requires a card key for opening the WS gate. Homeowners are obligated to pass on the card key associated with each Ohio Meadows property to new homeowners when selling Ohio Meadows property. However, if this key is lost at any time, a new card key must be purchased from the Wilderness Streams HOA. To contact Wilderness Streams for more information, email: ws2gate AT gmail.com.

To purchase a new Wilderness Streams card key, please send $150.00 check (made out to Wilderness Streams 2 HOA) to Wilderness Streams 2 HOA, PO Box 3945, Crested Butte, CO 81224. Please include the homeowners’ names, your Ohio Meadows address and your contact info for any questions that may come up.

Please note: Wilderness Streams tracks all key cards. Only homeowners are eligible for purchasing new cards due to loss.
