The Architectural Control Committee must be contacted prior to:
- any new building or structure planned on your lot;
- requesting an exception to the dwelling size restrictions;
- changing or setting any building locations on your lot.
As of December 28, 2020, the Ohio Meadows HOA board members are the Architectural Control Committee. (See December 28, 2020 – Minutes). Additionally, the policy on all design review matters is contained in the policy document adopted on September 21, 2022.
All requests for building new structures, including ground solar arrays, exceptions to dwelling size restrictions, changing or setting any building locations, subdividing or other changes to an Ohio Meadows lot or buildings MUST be sent to the board of directors. Requests can be made by using this form Architectural Improvement Application.
